Privacy Policy — Cutlist Workbench

TLDR: Privacy is your right and bland.ltd is on your side.

General

1. We don't want your data.
2. Creating or using an account is optional and is provided for your convenience.
3. Data Sharing: We will not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise divulge any raw data or information about you to any third parties for any reason.
4. Usage Data: We collect usage data to identify which features are being used, to help direct enhancement efforts.
5. Email Addresses: User accounts require an email address. This is used for exactly two purposes:
   1. To receive notification of response to submitted feedback
   2. To receive notification of updates to the privacy policy
6. Cookies: If you log in, a cookie is set to remember your user token. This allows your login to persist between pages and browsing sessions but is randomly generated and has no inherent meaning.
7. Advertising: Advertising is intended to be optional. If you log in, advertising is disabled unless you explicitly re-enable it. If advertising is enabled:
   1. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
   2. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
   3. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings.
8. Right to Correction: You can update your own information. If there is a piece of information that you want to change but can't for any reason, send an email request to joverholt@blandltd.com.
9. Right to Data Portability: You can request an export of all of your data by sending an email request to joverholt@blandltd.com.
10. Right to be Forgotten: You can request all of your data (including your account) be removed by sending an email request to joverholt@blandltd.com. Usage data may be anonymized rather than deleted.

Feedback

If the "Browser and Device Information" attachment is selected, the following data will be attached to your feedback:

• Screen resolution (including pixel ratio)
  e.g. " 1536x864 (x1.25)"
• User agent string (identifies the browser and operating system but not in any unique way)
  e.g. "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 12739.105.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.158 Safari/537.36"

All attachments are optional; however, if you are asking for help, more data helps. The data that is optionally collected has been chosen carefully, such that:

• it is likely to be useful for troubleshooting, and
• it is unlikely to be harmful in the event of accidental release.
